It's what you've been waiting
for! FFI II- The Sequel!
For
the past 7 years, the KCEE’s blockbuster Financial Fitness Institute I has
received hundreds of thumbs-up from teachers across the state. In response to
our fans’ demand for more, the KCEE is added FFI II – The Sequel,
starring a whole new cast and a financial plot that will leave teachers on the
edge of their seats!
Both
workshops are set in
a two-day schedule from 8:30 - 4:30, middle school and high school teachers will become entwined
in a tale of intrigue as the talented cast engages them in curricula from the National Council on Economic Education.

Even if you
have not attended the original blockbuster Financial Fitness Institute, you are
invited to the FFI-II in Wichita & Hays. Register now to reserve your
seat and get ready to fight the paparazzi on the red carpet as they try to catch
a glimpse of our celebrity teachers. The original FFI is still playing in Dodge City and
Topeka in 2008.
There is no prerequisite for either FFI.
Cost:
All costs associated with the conference - including meals (breakfast & lunch), curriculum materials are provided
of charge. Housing and transportation will not be
provided.
Deposit:
(deposit are being waived for Topeka) $25 refundable deposit required. Applications will not be
considered unless a deposit is received. Deposits are not cashed and
are returned uncashed at the end of the program or in the event you are not
selected. If you are submitting your application by
electronically, please remember to mail your deposit payable to the KCEE.
Graduate Credit Option:
In addition to receiving this fantastic training, you have the option of
choosing to earn professional development points or 1 graduate credit hour with
a scholarship. See tuition assistance below for details.
Tuition Assistance:
A scholarship in the amount of approximately 1/2 the cost
of tuition will be provided to attendees.
To receive this tuition assistance teachers must be CERTIFIED KANSAS TEACHERS currently under contract with a Kansas
public or private school.
Scholarship amount varies from $80 - $175 depending on University. See
below for specifics.
