DESCRIPTION:Discover useful tools and student-centered activities that bring financial concepts to life. \n\n\n\nThe Kansas Council for Economic Education\, in partnership with the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and the Center for Economic Education at Wichita State University is pleased to invite you to join us. \n\n\n\nThrough this workshop\, you will receive resources and classroom-friendly materials to teach an engaging\, standards-based financial literacy class or personal finance at any level. Discover useful tools and student-centered activities that bring financial concepts to life. Enrich your teaching with practical insights and interactive content\, designed to enhance financial capability for both you and your students. \n\n\n\nWorkshop Hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm\n\n\n\nBreakfast Served at 8:00\n\n\n\nLocation: Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City\, Denver Branch\n\n\n\nThese workshops offer: \n\n\n\n\nGraduate Credit from Wichita State for those who qualify\n\n\n\nMeals (breakfast/lunch) and snacks\n\n\n\nHands-on\, standards-based lesson plans and supplemental materials\n\n\n\n\nYour $20 registration fee will be refunded in full on-site upon completion of the workshop. \n\n\n\nGraduate credit is available from Wichita State University for one credit hour (additional work outside the workshop will be necessary to complete credit requirement). \n\n\n\nAttendance is limited to the first 100 paid attendees\, so register online today! \n\n\n\nAdditional workshop information will be sent via e-mail\, so please provide an e-mail address that you check regularly.
