The Kansas Council for Economic Education, in partnership with the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and the Center for Economic Education at Wichita State University is pleased to invite you to join us.
This workshop will equip you with valuable tools to prepare students for a technology-driven economy. Discover how emerging technologies are reshaping the job market and creating new career opportunities. Learn about bridging classroom learning with economic concepts and future-ready skills. Explore the impact of automation, AI, and digital proficiency on career landscapes, and help students navigate this evolving terrain. Empower your students with the critical thinking skills they need for adaptability, lifelong learning, and digital literacy. Hear about key competencies valued by employers ensuring your students are well-armed for the future workforce. This workshop is designed for teachers of economics, personal finance, business, social studies, family and consumer science and career and tech education.

These workshops offer:
- Graduate Credit from Wichita State for those who qualify
- Meals (breakfast/lunch) and snacks
- Hands-on, standards-based lesson plans and supplemental materials
Your $20 registration fee will be refunded in full on-site upon completion of the workshop.
Graduate credit is available from WSU for one credit hour (additional work outside the workshop will be necessary to complete credit requirement).
